Kickfit is a beginner friendly cardio kickboxing class. It's specific to those who have no or little experience with kickboxing. Kickfit incorporates warm-up exercises such as jumping rope, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, & sprints!
Coach Jose has over 25 yrs of martial arts experience, from training in Hawaiian Kenpo( Kajukenbo), Muay Thai, boxing , & bjj. He will teach the student basic kickboxing/ Muay Thai patterns & combos using such equipment as the heavy bag, kicking shield & of course Thai pads!. The class is fun & challenging but over all provides a great workout with proper technique 👌!
