Body Balance

A CounterBalance-original class designed to get your heart rate up and endorphins flowing. This challenging, yet accessible 60-minute workout incorporates bodyweight, free weights, corrective exercises and cardio circuits to keep your training inspired.  Each class is a balanced strength and conditioning workout that is fun and functional.

TACFIT

Set yourself up for fitness success with a workout designed for optimal results in the shortest time. TACFIT combines intensity with active recovery to build strength, lean mass, endurance, and mobility. Access your potential. Restore active function. Move without pain. Workouts may include kettlebells, clubbells, various bars, medicine balls, , rings, boxes or bodyweight exercises.
